Theoretical Grounding
I start by defining the governing physics, biological constraints, and operating assumptions in collaboration with stakeholders. This aligns requirements, boundary conditions, and testable success criteria before design begins.
Rapid Prototyping
I iterate quickly through CAD, simulation, and physical builds to de risk the design early while documenting decisions and trade offs. Each iteration is guided by measurements, failure analysis, and clear communication of next steps.
System Integration
I integrate mechanics, electronics, and software into a single, coherent system with well defined interfaces and ownership across the team. I then validate performance through closed loop testing, repeatable benchmarks, and structured feedback loops.
